Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the quality team members to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Quality Supervisor to develop and implement quality control processes.
- Address and resolve VW quality issues working closely with relevant stakeholders to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Manage domestic dealer quality issues providing timely support and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to monitor compliance with established standards.
- Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on quality standards and best practices.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management highlighting key metrics and improvement opportunities.
Foster a culture of quality awareness and accountability within the warehouse team.
Qualifications
- National Diploma in a relevant field (e.g. Quality Management Engineering Supply Chain).
- Minimum 2-3 Years Experience
- Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
