Were recruiting on behalf of our client a well-established electrical construction company for a skilled and reliable Storeman with a strong background in managing electrical materials for site-based projects.
If you have 8 years of experience in electrical warehousing and know your way around LV/MV cabling DB boards conduit systems and cable management this could be your next great opportunity!
Key Responsibilities:
Receive manage and dispatch electrical construction stock
Handle materials like LV/MV cables cable trays distribution boards isolators breakers trunking etc.
Prepare and issue material packs based on project requirements
Ensure accurate stock records and maintain optimal inventory levels
Support project managers and site teams by ensuring materials are ready when needed
Keep the warehouse clean safe and well-organised
Requirements:
8 years experience in a similar storeman/warehouse role electrical construction background is a must
Strong understanding of low and medium voltage components
Familiarity with construction site workflows and bill of materials
Proficiency in inventory systems and MS Excel
Physically fit with a hands-on approach
Forklift or drivers license is advantageous
