Role Responsibilities
- Lead compliance and regulatory reform projects ensuring they align with industry standards and internal policies.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans including objectives timelines resource allocation and deliverables.
- Foster strong relationships with financial teams cross-functional departments and external stakeholders keeping them informed and aligned.
- Establish robust project governance proactively managing risks dependencies and reporting progress to key stakeholders.
- Inspire and manage project teams cultivating a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Drive forward-looking solutions to adapt to changing regulations and implement meaningful reforms
Requirements - Bachelors or Masters degree in Project Management Business Law Finance or a related field.
- 35 years of project management experience in professional services with exposure to compliance or regulatory reform projects being a strong advantage
- Professional certification in project management (e.g. CAPM PRINCE2 or equivalent) is preferred. Advanced certifications (e.g. PMP PMI-ACP) are an advantage but not mandatory
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience guiding cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills including senior-level engagement.
- Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project Jira or Asana.
- Demonstrated ability to assess and manage risks adapt to regulatory changes and solve complex problems under pressure.
- Client-focused mindset with a proven track record of delivering impactful outcomes in professional or client-facing environments.
