Job Description
Responsibilities:
Assess theoretical knowledge and practical skills of lifting machinery operators
Conduct written oral and handson competency evaluations
Ensure assessments comply with industry standards and legal regulations
Verify lifting equipment is safe certified and properly maintained
Maintain accurate records of assessment results and candidate performance
Issue competency certificates to successful candidates
Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement to unsuccessful candidates
Identify training needs and suggest further development where necessary
Promote safe lifting practices and identify unsafe behaviors or conditions
Stay updated on industry regulations standards and equipment advancements
Qualifications:
- Must be registered with TETA SETA (with proof)
- Own vehicle
- Medically fit
- Forklift 242974 (compulsory)
- Pendant& Cabin crane 242976 (compulsory)
- Min of 5 years LMO Training
- Applicants between 3550 years of age
