Lodge Administrator Luxury Game Lodge Bela-Bela
Salary: R12500 (Live-in)
Own vehicle recommended Driver s licence essential

Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a highly organised and dynamic Lodge Administrator for a luxury game lodge situated in the Bela-Bela region. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with proven experience in hospitality administration who is passionate about supporting lodge operations and ensuring efficient administrative processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a hospitality administration or similar role

  • Proven track record within a luxury hotel or lodge environment

  • Health and Safety administration experience essential

  • Business administration qualification advantageous

  • Excellent organisational communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel capabilities

  • Familiarity with hotel/lodge management systems

  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability

  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion

  • Understanding of HR policies and employment law

  • Valid RSA ID and driver s licence essential

  • Own vehicle recommended due to lodge location

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to management including scheduling reporting and correspondence

  • Maintain accurate HR Health & Safety and training records

  • Administer staff accommodation and handle employee orientation and inductions

  • Ensure Toolbox Talks risk inspections and H&S procedures are completed on schedule

  • Coordinate with Head Office for administrative compliance and reporting

  • Maintain internal databases for leave recruitment employee files and documentation

  • Prepare HR documents such as contracts and policy updates

  • Handle payroll-related data such as leave sick days and employee information

  • Assist in recruitment and on-boarding processes

  • Manage staff benefits and ensure compliance with company policies

  • Serve on statutory committees and assist with statutory reporting (e.g. WSP EE)

  • Conduct regular inspections of staff areas for cleanliness and compliance

  • Report regularly on HR metrics including turnover and performance tracking

  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related employee queries

  • Support with general administrative tasks and lodge operational needs as required
