Job Description
We have an exciting learning opportunity for a HR Graduate which will include exposure understanding and application of the following:
- HR Operations administration and systems (e.g. SAGE Greylink)
- HR Operations understanding and application (e.g. recruitment onboarding employee movement terminations)
- Learning and Development administration and systems (e.g. Moodle SAGE)
- Process understanding for the following disciplines within Human Resources:
- Learning and Development
- Talent / Skills Development
- Organisational Development
- Industrial Relations
- The Graduate will at times support the national Human Resources structure in rolling out of specific projects / tasks.
- May be required to travel to other sites for exposure to all business units
