Job Description
Our client is a heavyweight in the property scene and theyre scouting a Relationship Manager who could sell sand in a desertbut in a charming non-timeshare way. If your love language is lead generation and your ideal day includes both a CRM update and a cappuccino with a client this is your gig.
This isnt a desk job. Youll be on the movemeeting developers charming agents and closing deals with a smile (and a well-prepared pitch). Youll grow a national portfolio and keep an eye on trends while making your CRM look prettier than your LinkedIn profile.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years in external sales preferably B2B
Proven sales results (youve got receipts)
Self-driven proactive and people-focused
Excel-savvy organized and persuasive
A smooth talker with negotiation skills that could rival your lawyer friend
Qualification:
A tertiary qualification is preferred. Drivers license and own reliable car Non-negotiable.
