Job Description
Executive Assistant - South Africa
Salary: 1500 - 2000 USD monthly
Our clientis seeking an experienced client-facing EA with strong communication skills and proficiency in various software tools.
Hiring will be as an independent contractor with candidates responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
Role Requirements and Responsibilities
Client-facing duties including scheduling meetings and follow-ups
Basic lead qualification from website form submissions (SOP in place)
Invoicing clients after job completion
Technical Skills and Tools
Proficiency in Canva (big plus)
QuickBooks Online knowledge
Familiarity with Materio CRM and HubSpot
G Suite proficiency (Google Sheets Docs Chat)
No Microsoft tools used
Hiring Structure and Onboarding
