Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organised Parts Sales Executive to join our GWM Stellenbosh Part Sales Distribution Team. The Parts Sales Executive will be responsible for reaching monthly targets managing inventory ordering parts and ensuring timely delivery to meet the needs of our customers and internal departments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment..

Minimum Requirements
- Min 3 years experience in administrative field (Motor industry parts distribution experience advantageous)
- Previous experience in parts administration inventory management or a related field
- Proficient computer skills including Evolve software
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear criminal record
- Valid drivers lisence
