- Run sharp no-fluff discovery calls that get straight to the client s needs and pain points.
- Crush your KPIs: From meetings booked to deals advanced you know how to move the needle.
- Keep the pipeline clean: Your CRM is your Bible up-to-date accurate and always working for you.
- Collaborate with UK Sales teams to hand over red-hot qualified leads seamlessly.
- Stay curious: Research deeply understand your market and always look for your unfair advantage.
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table:
- 2 years in B2B sales or client-facing roles (SDR/BDR/Account Exec we want someone who s done the graft).
- Natural confidence when talking to UK decision-makers you re clear concise and impossible to ignore.
- A proven record of smashing outreach and booking high-quality meetings.
- Written and verbal communication that s chef s kiss polished persuasive and on point.
- You re a self-starter with a swagger independent resourceful and results-driven.
- Fluent in tools like CRMs LinkedIn Sales Navigator and the usual suspects (MS Office etc.).
- You don t confuse busywork with progress you re laser-focused on what actually moves deals forward.
