A public institution is seeking a dedicated and organised Project Assistant to support the delivery of multiple exhibition projects scheduled between August 2025 and April 2026.
The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers curators and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met and administrative processes run smoothly.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 3 years experience in a project coordination or administrative support role
Experience in museums exhibitions cultural institutions or creative environments is advantageous
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage timelines under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office and general project tracking tools
Ability to work in a team and liaise with various internal and external stakeholders
Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day project administration and coordination
Schedule and coordinate meetings project timelines and deliverables
Track procurement documentation and supplier communication
Support budgeting and reporting processes
Maintain project documentation files and records
Assist with exhibition installation logistics and event coordination
Contract Details:
Start: Mid-August 2025
End: April 2026
Fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension based on performance
