Job Description

Sales Lead Generator / Business Developer

Remote $1300$2500 USD/month Commission Full-Time CST Hours

Reports to: Project Manager
Location: Remote (Preference for South Africa but open globally to the right cultural and communication fit)
Work Hours: Flexible between 7:00 AM 6:00 PM CST (ideal core: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM CST)

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced and highly motivated Sales Lead Generator / Business Developer to support outbound outreach efforts and generate new business opportunities. The role involves calling businesses within the commercial services space to set appointments and pre-screen potential clients. Youll be instrumental in driving business growth by booking high-quality meetings for the internal team.

This is a phone-first relationship-driven role focused on identifying qualified leads and converting outreach into appointments. Its ideal for someone who is confident on the phone goal-oriented and comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cold call and email commercial property owners or decision-makers to generate interest
  • Qualify leads based on geography business type and service needs
  • Navigate gatekeepers effectively and professionally
  • Book appointments directly into internal calendars
  • Use provided tools such as RingCentral and basic CRM systems to log activity (training provided)
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and detailed tracking of outreach
  • Provide weekly reporting on outreach and results

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of cold calling or B2B sales experience
  • Excellent English communication skills (neutral to light accent preferred)
  • Familiarity with U.S. business culture and communication
  • Tech-savvy with strong computer literacy and proficient typing speed
  • Comfortable working Central Time hours (CST)
  • Highly organized self-motivated and results-driven
  • Resilient and comfortable with rejection

Cultural Fit

  • Preference for candidates with a conservative background
  • Ideally female late 20s to late 30s
  • Educational or communication exposure to British or American school systems
  • Professional warm and natural communication style (not scripted or robotic)
  • Strong cultural alignment with a traditional and values-driven environment

Compensation

  • Base salary: $1300$2500 USD/month (based on experience)
  • Commission: Performance-based structure may include:
    • Bonus per qualified meeting booked ($10$20)
    • Revenue share on successfully closed deals
  • Independent contractor arrangement (self-invoicing)
