Job Description
Join the Global LT community and help provide language lessons to business professionals and their families worldwide. We are hiringSpanish Language Teachersto provide in-person customized lessons to our clients in Midrand South Africa.
Job Information:
Ref 188130 / 188131
Students: two siblings (ages 10 and 8): individual face-to-face classes one after the other
Availability: Tuesday 5:00 pm
Preferred start date: ASAP
Lesson Frequency: once per week
Lesson Duration: 90 minutes total (45 minutes per child)
Students location: Midrand South Africa (approx 1500 Lynton Ln Dainfern 2055)
Preferred platform: in-person
Current target language level: Native (Heritage Language Support)
Native and other spoken languages: Spanish (native) English (fluent)
Students language needs and goals: Grammar reading speed writing and reading comprehension
Additional Information: Individual classes for each child
Responsibilities:
Delivering tailored dynamic effective and engaging lessons
Developing curricula based on learners proficiency level and desired outcomes
Monitoring students progress and guiding learners toward learning goals
Communicating in an efficient effective and professional manner
Qualifications:
Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target language
Certificate or degree in language teaching education instructional design writing language linguistics second-language acquisition or related field
Minimum of two years of experience
Experience teaching children is desired
