Experience:
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in buying purchasing or merchandising within the retail industry preferably in toys or a related category.
Experience managing a product assortment for both brick-and-mortar stores and online platforms.
Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability through strategic product selection.
Experience working with suppliers and negotiating contracts at a senior level.
Knowledge of the toy industry including key brands safety regulations and market trends is highly desirable.
