Description

A well-established automotive service and logistics company is seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Kempton Park.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven individual with strong coordination skills and a passion for operations management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring daily workflow runs smoothly supporting multiple departments and assisting in driving operational efficiency. If you thrive in a fast-paced hands-on environment and have a knack for problem-solving we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities including logistics inventory and dispatch processes
  • Ensure smooth workflow between service admin and workshop departments
  • Assist with scheduling tracking and prioritising of vehicle servicing and repairs
  • Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of parts
  • Maintain accurate records of operations including reporting on performance metrics
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline efficiency
  • Support the management team with administrative duties and operational planning
  • Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Requirements

  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • A relevant diploma or qualification in logistics business administration or operations management is advantageous
  • Proven experience in an operations or administrative coordination role preferably in the automotive logistics or technical services sector
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and operations management software
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and accountability
