We are looking for a dynamic Salesforce Business Analyst who will act as the bridge between our clients business goals and our technical teams. If you are passionate about turning business needs into Salesforcedriven solutions this role is for you.
Duties & Responsibilities
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science or related field
- Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Business Analyst certifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and functionalities
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams
- Good communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements
- Design implement and maintain Salesforce solutions
- Create and deliver reports and dashboards to support business decisionmaking
- Provide training and support to endusers on Salesforce functionality
- Participate in testing and quality assurance of Salesforce applications
