Job Description
Are you a golf enthusiast with a head for business and a heart for the game Were on the hunt for a charismatic driven and strategic Senior FM or Divisional Manager to lead our Golfing Division into its next era of growth and excellence. This isnt your average 95. Youll be the face behind tournaments the driver of sponsorship deals and the strategist who turns every swing into a business win. If youre a former golfer current weekend warrior or simply live and breathe the game then this is your chance to combine passion with profession.
Duties & Responsibilities
Location: Johannesburg

What Youll Do:
- Drive the strategic and financial direction of the golfing division
- Oversee highprofile tournaments and events from planning to execution
- Build and manage sponsorship relationships and commercial partnerships
- Lead a strong operational team with full project and people management
- Manage key client accounts with finesse and business savvy
- Deliver toptier financial planning budgeting and reporting
- Be the heartbeat of the division at both corporate meetings and clubhouse cocktail hours
- Relevant BCom Degree (Finance Business or a related field)
- 510 years of financial and operational management experience
- Solid background in strategic planning and execution
- Proven experience in golf event/tournament management is a major advantage
- Strong understanding of sponsorships and brand partnerships
- Exceptional leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to work after hours and attend golf events as needed
- A love for golf whether youve played professionally socially or just know the difference between a driver and a 9iron
