MK Towers #27 Longford Road Shanti NagarBangalore - 560 027 IndiaTo lead the Field Engineering department based in Bangalore
Lead the IPQC Quality and OPXL.
Technical and process product adviser in the field and during turnback.
Ensure to meet the FED and quality parameters at the field level and ensure training is imparted from time to time.
Procrastinate the Field turnback on the product and process front and address those from time to time
Expertise in troubleshooting Otis Sky Rise and all product segments elevators/Compass troubleshooting.
Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics controller wiring diagrams
Collation of field-reported issues and communicating them effectively to the factory for resolution
Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders towards the delivery of the project
Equip all field engineers to manage the Compass system and allow high level customer satisfaction on elevator traffic management
RQC and QC- management review to monitor key metrics like callback FTB QOPC and emerging new issue
ISO Audit and requirements target to have NIL major NCR Address and close NCR on time
Education & Experience:
Diploma
10-20 years of experience in the Field Engineering Department in the New Installation
