MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Matric
  • Must have aB. Comm Degree inHR Management
  • Minimum of3 years currentrelated HR Officer experience within the Retail industry
  • Minimum of3 years currentsolid IR CCMA & Arbitration experience
  • Highly experienced in disciplinary hearing matters
  • Highly experienced with recruitment payroll terminations engagements
  • Experienced in facilitating OHS & training programmes
  • Experience dealing with large staff compliment
  • Strong HR administration & staff compliance skills
  • Able to contribute at management level the achievement of performance factors
  • Proficient on all MS Office packages with Advanced MS Excel(ESSENTIAL)
  • Stable work history
  • Valid drivers licence (no endorsements)
  • Own reliable vehicle

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

Key Performance Areas and Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and onboarding of staff
  • Manage/responsible for payroll
  • Ensure all attendance register and payroll related documents are accurate and submitted timeously
  • Responsible for employees during their employment life cycle
  • Management of Trainee Programme
  • Carry out succession planning activities
  • Report and present on productivity
  • Complete weekly/ monthly reports
  • Manage Driver learnerships
  • Attend to employee related queries
  • Promote employee engagement
  • Oversee the issuing and ordering of uniform and PPE to staff
  • Conduct weekly/ monthly audits
  • Assist with training and development activities
  • Assist with access control
  • Attend to IR/ CCMA matters
  • Manage various service providers
  • Support and execute activities and projects related to the greater People Plan
