To drive and enable marketing effectiveness and efficiency through providing operational leadership and guidance across the Group Brand and Marketing domain. Manages the strategic vendor relationships with all Group agency partners which includes the sourcing onboarding financial management and performance management aspects of the relationship. Drives technology management and automation across the domain for all run marketing technology.

Experience identifying and selecting appropriate external agencies based on the companys needs. This includes managing the RFP (Request for Proposal) process evaluating agency capabilities and negotiating contracts

Proficiency with marketing technology platforms and knowledge of integrating and managing these tools to optimise marketing workflows
