Duties & Responsibilities
ENVIRONMENT:
Are you a savvy negotiator with a sharp analytical mind and a passion for media Our client is looking for a Media Buyer to join their dynamic team and take charge of planning negotiating booking and managing advertising placements across all media channels. As a Media Buyer youll be the driving force behind making sure clients campaigns run smoothly effectively and costefficiently. From securing prime advertising spots to analysing performance and maximizing ROI youll be at the heart of every media decision.
DUTIES:
Strategic Buying & Booking
- Endtoend media buying following internal buying processes
- Manage bookings across digital print OOH TV and more
- Ensure timely approvals and documentation with media owners
Negotiation & Relationship Building
- Secure competitive rates and added value for clients
- Maintain strong relationships with media vendors
- Handle compensation for nonplacement or misplacement
Budget & Billing Management
- Track budgets and input into billing systems
- Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with internal timelines
- Update planners with monthly reports and budget reconciliations
Monitoring & Reporting
- Track campaign performance and respond to issues in realtime
- Provide detailed reporting tear sheets site bibles and postcampaign analysis
- Maintain accurate digital filing and campaign documentation
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of experience in Media Buying
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
ATTRIBUTES:
- Strong negotiation planning and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
