Role Description

What Youll Do
- Be the TA Trailblazer: Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract toptier talent including those hardtofind rockstars.
- Stakeholder Whisperer: Partner with hiring managers becoming their goto advisor and TA expert they can always rely on.
- Candidate Champion: Manage the fullcycle recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding ensuring every candidate has an exceptional experience.
- Sourcing Sorcerer: Use advanced sourcing techniques both online and offline to uncover talented individuals who align with our values and demonstrate excellence in their fields
- Data Wizard: Leverage data and analytics to continuously innovate and improve our recruitment process.
- Industry Guru: Stay ahead of industry trends understanding the nuances of internal and external talent market.
- Recruitment Optimisation Expert: Excel at knowing exactly which levers to pull and whenwhether its attraction drivers sourcing channels or other strategiesto optimise our recruitment process.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in an endtoend talent acquisition role
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of roles including niche and hardtofill positions.
- Advanced knowledge of recruiting tools techniques and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decisionmaking and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment with a sense of urgency.
