Technical Business Analyst
Minimum Requirements:
Essential Skills
- Programming experience (preferably Python and SQL)
- Root cause analysis of incidents or bugs
- Production support
Desirable Skills (nice to have NOT essential)
- Capital Markets Application
- Front Arena Prime (preferable)
- Murex
- Calypso
- Ion (WallStreet Allegro)

- DevOps
- Azure DevOps (preferable)
- Testing requirements scoping
- Code deployments
- Stakeholder engagement and management
- Business requirements elicitation
- Understanding of most trading asset classes (e.g. FX IR Derivatives Commodities)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure availability and efficiency of Trading Position and risk systems for stakeholders.
- Support stakeholders and users across Front Middle and Back Office as well as dependent systems.
- Conduct morning checks.
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for any logged incidents or failures.
- Design develop test deploy and support BAU changes (e.g. report changes new reports code changes).
- Participate in afterhours oncall duty for 1 week on a rotational basis.
