Job Description
Minimum requirements:
- Grade 12/N3 with a Supervisory Qualification
- Qualification in Rubber Technology would be an added advantage.
- At least 2 years experience in a similar environment (Engineering) preferably Rubber industry in a Supervisory capacity.
- Planning experience would be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Rubber and Chrome Shop to ensure quality components are delivered to Assembly and Warehouse as dictated by our internal and external Customers.
- Plan and coordinate the manufacturing of all raw material and semifinished components to finished components to meet set targets and or demand.
- Maintain accurate data sheets and assist with fault finding where necessary.
