Job Description
As the Audit Manager your duties include the following:
Manage and review a portfolio of audit engagements across various industries
Lead a team of audit seniors and trainees through planning fieldwork and finalization
Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality audit files and reports
Maintain strong client relationships and resolve both technical and logistical queries
Deliver outstanding client service through proactive communication and understanding of their needs
Drive audit quality team development and ensure IRBA compliance
Mentor junior staff and contribute to ongoing training and development initiatives
Skills & Experience:
Bilingual in English and Afrikaans highly advantageous
Minimum 2 years post-articles experience with team leadership exposure
Actively working towards CA(SA) or AGA(SA) designation
Qualification:
Completed SAICA articles
Completed BCom degree in Finance or Accounting
