Job Description
Lead and manage the outsourced accounting function across a portfolio of diverse clients
Review and finalise monthly management accounts and comprehensive financial reporting packs
Supervise mentor and support a team of junior accountants and team supervisors
Build and maintain strong client relationships delivering proactive support and advisory services
Drive process improvements and champion automation initiatives to enhance efficiency
Ensure accurate reporting meeting deadlines and full compliance with applicable accounting standards
Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 2 years post-article experience
Experience with Xero Accounting Software and other related applications
Leadership skills
Strong communication skills (Bilingual in English and Afrikaans)
Qualification:
Completed SAICA SAIPA or CIMA articles
Relevant BCom degree
