Job Description

We are looking for a tech-savvy SalesIQ & Online Sales Assistant with a strong understanding of Hikvision surveillance and access control products. The role involves engaging website visitors via Zoho SalesIQ live chat converting inquiries into leads and supporting customers via WhatsApp and the e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will be confident in pre-sales support and understand how to qualify technical questions into actionable sales opportunities.

Hikvision Certified (or 2+ years scheduling CCTV/security installations) Familiar with terminology: NVR, DVR, PoE, IP cameras, access control, maglocks Experience working with Zoho Projects or similar scheduling platforms Strong coordination and time-management skills Comfortable communicating with both technical staff and customers Driver s license advantageous (for occasional site visits)
Education
Minimum: Hikvision Certified Associate (HCSA) or proven experience with Hikvision products 1+ year experience in online sales, CCTV quoting, or technical retail sales Familiarity with Zoho CRM, Zoho SalesIQ, and Hik-Partner Pro (advantageous) Must understand camera specs (MP, PoE, IR, AcuSense, ColorVu, ANPR, etc.) Fluent in English with strong typing and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and response time
