Founded in 2011 Done Right Installation Group (DRIG) is one of the United States leading low-voltage installation companies. We provide professional-grade installation and support services to major commercial partners across the U.S. and are currently undergoing a major digital transformation to streamline operations and support rapid growth.

Job Summary
As part of this transformation we re developing a fully custom operations platform and mobile app and we re seeking an experienced and proactive professional to step in immediately to lead our IT development efforts manage internal systems support and contribute hands-on expertise with the Zoho platform (including CRM Creator Books and other Zoho One applications).

The IT Manager / Zoho Development Specialist will serve as DRIG s internal IT lead ensuring our Zoho-based systems and custom-built platform operate efficiently securely and in alignment with our evolving business processes.

You ll act as a key bridge between DRIG leadership our international development team and internal users providing support streamlining workflows and helping shape the digital tools that drive our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and optimise Zoho One applications (CRM Creator Books Projects etc.)
  • Act as the internal lead on custom platform and mobile app development working closely with third-party developers
  • Design and build custom workflows automations and dashboards within Zoho
  • Manage user access security settings integrations and data flows across platforms
  • Provide internal technical support (email systems hardware setup software tools permissions)
  • Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and documented workflows
  • Maintain system documentation backups and enforce data protection best practices
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate solutions with external vendors
  • Oversee onboarding of team members into new platforms and systems


Requirements

Requirements
  • 3 5 years of proven experience in IT systems management systems administration or technical project coordination
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with Zoho One applications (CRM Creator Books Projects etc.)
  • Strong understanding of business process automation and workflow optimisation
  • Familiarity with API integrations and cross-platform data mapping
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with developers service providers and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication problem-solving and documentation skills
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced and project-driven environment
  • Experience coordinating or supporting custom software or mobile app development is a strong advantage
  • Exposure to Deluge scripting database structures or mobile app testing will be a plus
