Job Summary
A leading provider of integrated refrigeration and climate control solutions is looking for an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician to join their skilled technical team in Johannesburg. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on technician with strong expertise in both electrical and mechanical systems particularly in the industrial refrigeration and HVAC sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair both electrical and mechanical systems in an industrial environment.
Utilize a variety of diagnostic and calibration tools to ensure equipment runs smoothly.
Work hands-on with complex machinery and automation systems to maintain peak performance.
Provide solutions for technical problems with a high level of detail and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Associate degree or diploma in Electro-Mechanical Technology or a related field.
Proven experience in an industrial or technical environment (10 years preferred).
Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
Proficiency with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and automation systems is a bonus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Hands-on experience and the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex systems.
