Job Description
Hire Resolves Client is urgently looking for a Head of Processing Operations to be based in the North West!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement strategic and operational plans for the Process Department
- Ensure production efficiency quality compliance and safety across all operations
- Manage departmental budgets cost control and financial performance
- Drive innovation through technology integration and continuous improvement
- Oversee people management including performance development and workforce planning
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering
- 8 years relevant experience of which at least 5 years at a Senior Management Level
- Experience on MS Dynamics F&O Reporting tools: MS Power BI
