• Ensure compliance with Human Resource strategies policies and governance for the assigned area while adhering to legal and statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with line management to develop and execute strategic workforce and talent management plans ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders acting as a trusted advisor to facilitate effective employee relations and performance management.
• Manage and oversee the recruitment processes ensuring adherence to critical compliance issues and best practices.
• Advise and coach employees and line management on employee relations and compliance with legislative requirements including transformation plans and ER policies.
• Partner with line management to identify and address cost inefficiencies related to workforce management offering solutions to optimise resource allocation and budget control.
• Support and implement change management initiatives to instill a high-performance culture and enhance organisational capability.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of master data to support HR decision-making processes and compliance reporting.
• Participate in the design and management of internal business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of P&P service delivery.
• Maintain a safe and healthy working environment by adhering to Safety Health and Environmental (SHE) policies and encouraging a culture of safety among staff.

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent (Essential/Minimum)
• Certification in First Line Management (Essential/Minimum)
• Certification in Labour Relations Development Program (Recommended/Desirable)
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in People and Performance operations or a related field (Essential/Minimum)
• Proven expertise in compliance governance and employee relations
• Proficiency in implementing strategic workforce plans and high-performance culture initiatives
• Strong relationship management skills with line management employees and unions
• Experience in managing and optimising internal business processes and talent management
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix structure
• Strong analytical skills particularly in Human Resources Management and decision-making
