About the role
We are seeking a motivated Lawyer withat least 2 years post-admission experience to joinour Government and Administrative Law team in our Newcastle officeon a full-time basis.
Due to the continued rapid growth of our national CommonwealthGovernment practice we are looking for a capable and committedlawyer to strengthen our Newcastle-based team.
The role will primarily involve merits review work with astrong focus on NDIS access and planning matters under the NationalDisability Insurance Agency (NDIA) including regular appearancesin the Administrative Reviews Tribunal (ART). In addition the teamalso handles general insurance compensation claims on behalf ofinsurer and government clients.
You will be part of a supportive and friendly team environmentworking closely with an experienced Partner and Newcastle basedteam supported by our National Government practice play an integral role in progressing matters whilecontinuing to grow and refine your skills through ongoingmentoring.
