About the role
We are hiring a Business Operations Analyst to help scale one of the companys most important workflows: our closed-deal forensics motion. This function identifies and validates completed M&A transactions on the companys platform work that directly supports revenue tracking performance measurement and strategic insight.
In this role youll own recurring research and reporting workflows improve system hygiene in Salesforce and help scale how we attribute revenue across the funnel. Youll work cross-functionally contribute to internal decision-making and play a critical role in how we understand and grow the impact of our marketplace.

Responsibilities:
- Closed Deal Forensics Execution: Youll take ownership of companys forensics workflows researching closed deals using online sources like member websites LinkedIn Feedly and internal data sets. Your work will help ensure we capture and attribute as many platform-facilitated transactions as possible.
- System Hygiene: Youll be responsible for keeping our Salesforce data clean and structured across key objects and fields especially those tied to the revenue operations function. Youll also help maintain documentation and update internal notes that support transparency and internal coordination.
- Reporting and Workflow Readouts: Youll share key insights and updates via Slack Notion and other internal channels. This includes daily closed deal updates recurring summaries of forensics work and ad hoc reporting to surface trends or blockers.
- Process Improvement and Tooling: Youll identify inefficiencies in forensics and revenue workflows and propose improvements through better documentation process changes or automation.
- Special Projects and Cross-Functional Initiatives: Youll support projects that extend the impact of the RevOps function and improve how we track learn from and act on closed deal activity.
Requeriments:
- Experience: 2 years in operations research sales support or another detail-oriented role at a high-growth company or startup.
- Research Mindset: Comfortable with online investigation you know how to dig into websites LinkedIn and press sources to uncover hard-to-find information.
- Systems & Tools Fluency: Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel (filters formulas structured tracking) with working knowledge of Salesforce. Familiarity with tools like Clay Notion and Slack is a plus.
- Analytical & Detail-Oriented: You notice what others miss. You enjoy finding patterns spotting inconsistencies and structuring messy data into clear takeaways.
- Process-Driven: You maintain repeatable workflows value documentation and constantly look for ways to improve systems or eliminate inefficiencies.
- Curiosity & Tool Agility: Youre excited about emerging tools and technologies especially AI and are eager to experiment with ways they can improve research automation and workflow design.
- Clear Communicator: You explain insights and decisions concisely in writing Slack or live conversations making your work easy for others to act on.
