They re currently seeking a highly skilled Project Civil Specialist to play a critical role in driving strategic civil infrastructure projects across their operations in the Africa Zone.

What You ll Do:
As a Project Civil Specialist you ll:
Define and drive strategic civil build direction across major facilities
Lead project development from concept (FEL0) to execution (FEL3) including scoping costing and detailed design
Ensure all builds comply with local state and national construction laws codes and regulations
Champion green engineering practices and incorporate sustainable materials where feasible
Review and modernise existing structures to enhance plant safety reliability and maintenance
Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders ensuring alignment to timelines quality and budgets

Requirements
What You Bring:
Bachelor s degree in civil engineering (or related field)
8 10 years of engineering experience with at least 5 years in FMCG/beverages preferred
Proven success in large-scale civil builds exceeding $10 million
In-depth knowledge of construction law permitting building codes and green engineering methods
Proficiency with project management methodologies (PMBOK etc.)
Strong stakeholder management and design review capabilities
Project management, Civil Design and execution, Budgeting and Costing,
Education
Bachelor s degree in civil engineering or civil engineering technology or equivalent with 8-10 years work experience
