Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly autonomous professional to join our team as a Project Manager. This role is designed for someone who thrives in ambiguous environments and can drive clarity and documentation across complex banking processes and tools. You will support trade finance operations AI initiatives and project management activities acting as a bridge between business and technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently complete deployment and rollout of tools across teams.
  • Document and improve operational workflows.
  • Support Trade Finance processes including bank guarantees and documentary products.
  • Assist with AI initiatives: functional understanding of model feeding fine-tuning prompts structuring requests and keeping up with market-leading AI companies.
  • Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure processes and tools meet business needs.
  • Develop user guides operational standards and process documentation for both existing and new tools.
  • Ensure alignment with roadmap priorities and help validate the effectiveness of deployed applications.

Qualifications :

Must Requirements

  • Strong autonomy and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in documenting business processes and workflows.
  • Basic understanding of AI models prompting and functional model management.
  • Familiarity with Trade Finance concepts like bank guarantees and documentary products.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to AI model fine-tuning prompt structuring and lifecycle management.
  • Experience with project management.
  • Prior experience in banking operations or financial software implementation.
