Our client is a leading storage and logistics company in Cape Town searching for a top-tier Internal Sales talent to join their high-performing team.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with eager customers (primarily homeowners) over the phone quickly building trust and rapport.
  • Rapidly understand needs and expertly present tailored solutions from our industry-leading services.
  • Articulate value and benefits with persuasive clarity making our offerings irresistible.
  • Manage inquiries and maintain precise records in our CRM your organization keeps us sharp.
  • Collaborate with a winning team to consistently smash sales targets.


Requirements

  • 3 years of proven sales experience ideally connecting with homeowners.
  • Exceptional telephonic communication youre a natural on the phone.
  • A knack for building instant rapport and genuine connection.
  • Pure drive and a results-oriented mindset you live for the close.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort with sales systems.
  • A positive attitude and a collaborative spirit.
  • Team player - responsible & self-motivated.
  • Work under pressure without supervision.
  • Bilingual an advantage.
  • Maintain customer relationship.
  • Resolve customer complaint.
  • Preparing agreements document accuracy.
  • Document management.
  • Good negotiating skills negotiate prices & services.
  • Good communication skills - verbal and written.
  • Computer literacy Programs: Outlook Excel Word Software: PandaDoc Pipedrive (CRM) Sitelink Wati.
