Proactively generate leads by reaching out to new prospects via phone in-person visits and networking activities
Strengthen and expand existing client relationships through consistent follow-ups and excellent service
Develop tailored proposals and pricing packages and guide customers through the onboarding process
Inform and advise clients on product offerings safe usage practices and the advantages of switching to cleaner energy solutions
Consistently meet or surpass sales targets on a monthly quarterly and yearly basis
Keep detailed and up-to-date records of all sales activity client communication and service feedback
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery operations and fast turnaround times
Keep a pulse on the market to identify emerging customer needs and assess competitor positioning
Address client concerns with professionalism and urgency to ensure long-term satisfaction

Education
Matric. Further studies in sales, business, or marketing will be an asset Prior experience in a sales role ideally in industrial energy or related sectors A valid driver s license Independent, self-starter mentality with a sharp focus on meeting targets Familiarity with energy/industrial product safety standards is beneficial Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong negotiation skills
