Job Title: Sales Representative Event Sponsorship Sales
Location: Remote (Preference: South Africa)
Compensation: Up to $2500/month base 10% commission on closed sales

Sales Representative to drive revenue by selling advertising spots and sponsorship packages to local businesses for upcoming events. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background excellent communication skills and the ability to close deals confidently over the phone. Prior industry experience is not required we re looking for proven sales talent with the drive to succeed.
Key Responsibilities: - Research and identify potential sponsors using platforms like Google Maps and Chamber of Commerce websites.
- Conduct cold calls to local businesses to present advertising and sponsorship opportunities.
- Clearly communicate event value propositions and tailor pitches to suit different business needs.
- Close sponsorship deals negotiate terms and potentially assist in invoicing and payment coordination.
- Keep accurate records of prospects conversations and deal status using internal tracking tools.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and maintain a high volume of outreach.
Requirements: - Proven sales experience preferably with a background in cold calling or B2B sales.
- Exceptional verbal communication with a neutral English accent (preference for candidates based in South Africa).
- Ability to handle objections stay persistent and close deals independently.
- Self-motivated organized and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Comfortable using online tools for research outreach and sales tracking (CRM experience a plus).
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage your own pipeline from lead generation to closing.
