We are looking for a Group Finance Manager to join a client in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic financial direction to the Group and support the Chairman and CEO with key financial insights.
- Oversee and guide financial planning budgeting forecasting and performance monitoring across all divisions.
- Develop group-wide financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure accurate timely and compliant financial reporting for all business units.
- Monitor adherence to international accounting standards (e.g. IFRS) tax regulations and statutory obligations.
- Consolidate financial reports and prepare group financial statements.
- Implement and maintain effective internal control systems.
- Identify financial and operational risks and establish mitigating measures.
- Lead internal and external audits and ensure follow-up on audit findings.
- Serve as the financial liaison between the Group Chairman Group CEO and divisional General Managers.
- Support intercompany transactions and financial harmonization across divisions.
- Facilitate financial collaboration across departments and ensure alignment with overall group strategy.
- Systems & Process Improvement
- Oversee implementation and continuous improvement of financial systems processes and tools.
- Ensure standardization of accounting practices across divisions.
- Drive digital transformation in financial operations where applicable.
- Lead and mentor finance teams across all divisions to promote capacity building and performance.
- Set clear objectives review performance and support professional development.
Key Skills:
- At least 7 10 years of progressive finance experience with at least 3 years at senior or group level.
- Experience in FMCG is an added advantage
- Experience in managing multi-divisional or group structures is essential.
Qualifications:
- Qualified C.A
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Masters Degree in related field or MBA
