Our client a rapidly expanding organisation are looking for a sharp resourceful and proactive Junior Account Manager to join their Commercial team focused on client relationship management and consignment oversight for their liquid product (LP) clients. This role will support the smooth execution of daily operationsstrengthen client engagement and help drive the companys strategic growth in the LP department.

Responsibilities:
Client Management:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned LP clients managing communication and ensuring client needs and queries are addressed promptly and professionally.
Order & Consignment Oversight:
- Prepare and submit order requests and consignment documentation.
- Coordinate with the data team to organize wagon nominations and allocations.
- Liaise with the operations team to monitor loading in-transit progress and offloading.
- Track and follow up on delivery performance final volumes invoices and demurrage implications.
Internal Coordination:
- Work with the legal and finance teams to support execution of Transport Orders
- Product Transport Agreements and invoice processing.
- Ensure all client-related documentation and records are filed updated accurate and compliant.
- Coordinate closely with the operations team to stay on top of delays changes and issues that may arise - often requiring rapid response and adjustments.
Crisis & Issue Management:
- Operations in this role are fast-paced and unpredictable. Unexpected issues are the norm - not the exception.
- The Junior Account Manager will need to respond quickly and professionally to operational disruptions such as delays or capacity changes.
- This includes proactively updating clients on potential delays or problems an internally escalating or resolving issues in collaboration with relevant departments (especially Operations Data Commercial).
Reporting & Analysis:
- Assist with data analysis and compiling operational reports related to the consignments efficiency operational performance monthly volumes and corridor activity.

Qualifications:
- Related degree with several years of account management client services or supply chain coordination experience.
