Job Description

Our client a leading retail group is seeking a Key Accounts Manager who is passionate about understanding and solving complex client needs helping them achieve their business objectives and thrive.
Salary :
  • Negotiable
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients acting as their primary point of contact and understanding their specific projects timelines and material requirements..
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing key accounts.
  • Propose tailored building material solutions product recommendations and logistical strategies that meet their project specifications and budget.
  • Skillfully negotiate pricing terms and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and secure long-term business.
  • Act as the liaison between key clients and various internal departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment timely deliveries and resolution of any issues.
  • Stay informed about industry trends market conditions competitor activities and new building technologies to better advise clients and identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports on key account performance sales forecasts and market insights for both internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Proactively address any client concerns or complaints ensuring prompt and effective resolution to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and trust.
