- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients acting as their primary point of contact and understanding their specific projects timelines and material requirements..
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing key accounts.
- Propose tailored building material solutions product recommendations and logistical strategies that meet their project specifications and budget.
- Skillfully negotiate pricing terms and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and secure long-term business.
- Act as the liaison between key clients and various internal departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment timely deliveries and resolution of any issues.
- Stay informed about industry trends market conditions competitor activities and new building technologies to better advise clients and identify new opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on key account performance sales forecasts and market insights for both internal stakeholders and clients.
- Proactively address any client concerns or complaints ensuring prompt and effective resolution to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and trust.
