Job Description
Our client is looking for a GM/FM to join their team. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a strong background in finance and operations management.
Salary:
Negotiable
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership across all departments to ensure operational efficiency.
- Oversee day-to-day business activities ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Lead business planning performance management and risk mitigation efforts.
- Foster a strong organizational culture and high-performance environment.
- Liaise with key stakeholders including clients partners and regulatory authorities.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to ensure sustainable growth.
- Supervise department heads and evaluate departmental performance.
- Prepare and oversee annual budgets forecasts and financial reports.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance to ensure targets are met.
- Manage cash flow financial planning and cost control initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations policies and standards.
- Liaise with external auditors tax authorities and financial institutions.
- Oversee payroll procurement and asset management systems.
- Develop and implement robust financial controls and risk management processes.

- Strong understanding of financial and business principles.
- Proven track record of strategic planning budgeting and staff leadership.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Qualifications:
- Accounting Degree or CPA / ACCA
