Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with business goals
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of goods
- Manage supplier relationships and performance including quality audits and compliance checks
- Oversee procurement of raw materials packaging and indirect goods
- Collaborate with production finance and quality teams to align purchasing with operational needs
- Monitor market trends and pricing to inform purchasing decisions
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies ethical standards and regulatory requirements
- Lead cost-saving initiatives without compromising product quality
- Prepare and present procurement reports forecasts and budget analyses
Key Skills:
- 5-10 years experience in procurement or supply chain
- Strong experience in Commodity Trading Manufacturing or FMCG industry
Qualifications:
- Degree in Supply Chain Procurement or Logistics
