Job Description
Our client is seeking a professional and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join their dynamic team.
Salary:
USD 1000 Gross Plus Commissions
Responsibilities:
- Manage property viewings negotiations and closings
- Build trust with clients through clear empathetic communication
- Ensure all transactions comply with legal and ethical standards
- Collaborate with suppliers valuers and legal advisors
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- The agent will oversee a small branch
Key skills:
- Strong interpersonal and formal communication skills
- Knowledge of real estate compliance and legal frameworks
- Organized resilient and solution-oriented under pressure
- Able to work independently and with a collaborative mindset
- Ethical mindset and emotional intelligence
- Creative approach to marketing listings
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Real Estate or a related field
- Proven experience in real estate sales rentals or property management in Bulawayo
- Must have traceable references and a valid drivers license
