You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailOur client is seeking a Country Manager to join theri Zambian team. The Country Manager will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight. This role is responsible for driving business growth managing financial performance overseeing operations ensuring client satisfaction and leading the country team. The Country Manager must demonstrate excellent people management skills strong business development capability and the ability to stay calm and decisive in high-pressure and crisis situations.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute the country strategy in line with our client s regional objectives.
Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to achieve operational and financial targets.
Identify opportunities for growth partnerships and market expansion.
Operations & Crisis Management:
Ensure delivery of high-quality security services to all clients.
Oversee risk assessments crisis response plans and incident management.
Act as the primary decision-maker in critical situations ensuring calm effective and timely resolution.
Client Relations & Business Development:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Drive business development initiatives to expand market share.
Represent our client at industry events client meetings and with regulatory bodies.
Financial Management:
Manage the country P&L ensuring profitability and financial sustainability.
Oversee budgeting forecasting and reporting.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulatory and financial reporting requirements.
People & Culture:
Lead mentor and develop managers and staff at all levels.
Foster a culture of accountability professionalism and continuous improvement.
Promote staff well-being safety and adherence to company values.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Security Management Risk Management or related field.
A Master s degree or professional certifications (e.g. in Security or Risk Management) is an advantage.
Minimum of 8-10 years of management experience ideally in security logistics facilities management or related service industries.
Experience managing large teams across multiple sites or regions.
Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
Strong financial acumen with proven ability to manage P&L budgets and cost controls.
Track record of effective crisis and incident management.
