We are looking for a Store Manager to join an automotive retail company in Zambia.

Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales by setting and achieving sales targets for tyres associated products and services
- Customer Relationship Management including post-service follow-ups resolvingcomplaints to build loyal customer relationships.
- Product Knowledge of all tyre brands types specifications and related automotiveservices to effectively advise customers and answer their questions.
- Analyse pricing strategies to effectively quote and invoice customers manage cashcredit and other payment methods.
- Daily Operations Oversight: Managing the day-to-day workflow to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Inventory Management: Overseeing tyre inventory levels ordering new stock managing returns conducting regular stock counts and implementing loss prevention measures.
- Recruitment and Hiring: Identifying recruiting and hiring qualified staff including sales associates and tyre technicians.
- Training and Development: Providing ongoing training to the team on product knowledge sales techniques customer service standards safety protocols and new technologies.
Key Skills:
- 7 years experience in Retail industry
- Experience in Managing/Leading staff
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
