Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced SQL Administrator to manage and support SQL Server environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining database performance ensuring data integrity and supporting critical business systems. If you have a strong background in database administration and a passion for optimization and security this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Install maintain and upgrade SQL Server instances across development and production environments.
Develop and enforce database security policies to protect sensitive information.
Monitor system performance and identify optimization opportunities.
Design and implement robust backup and disaster recovery strategies.
Conduct regular database audits to identify and mitigate risks.
Manage database backup and recovery processes to ensure data availability.
Provide technical support to database users and development teams.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders on datadriven projects and enhancements.
Qualifications
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in SQL Server administration including backup/recovery security and performance tuning.
Technical Skills Required
Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server and database management tools.
Strong knowledge of database architecture administration and optimization.
Handson experience with disaster recovery planning and implementation.
Familiarity with database security best practices.
Strong analytical problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work effectively in both independent and team environments.
