Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role as an Onsite Technician located in Durban. The Onsite Technician will be responsible for providing technical support troubleshooting hardware and software issues and installing network equipment. The role involves working closely with clients to ensure their technology needs are met efficiently.

- Hardware and Software Troubleshooting
- Network Equipment Installation
- Technical Support Skills
- Customer Service Skills
- Knowledge of IT Systems and Networks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certification or diploma in IT or related field
- Reliable Transport
- Knowledge of Virtualization 3cx Microsoft Office and similar products is essential
