- Salary relative to experience and ranges from $97027 to $107059 super

The role
As the Senior Assessment Officer you will be responsible for delivering critical Crown land services to support the Renewable Energy Zone (REZ) projects including undertaking assessments to facilitate land access use and divestment in line with government priorities .
The role focuses on interpreting and applying legislation policy and guidelines to provide appropriate and timely responses briefs and advice to external and internal stakeholders and customers.

What you will bring to the role
- Strong level of experience and understanding of property management and land administration in relation to the sale of land.
- Good knowledge and understanding of the business environment and land administration legislative requirements.
- Strong experience and skills in evidencebased investigation and assessment.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Capable of adapting to changing priorities and effectively managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Highlevel written interpersonal and oral communication skills with the ability to work with diverse professionals in a collaborative environment.
- Enjoys autonomy and demonstrates proficiency in working independently and taking initiative
- Team player with the ability to thrive in a multiskilled team environment.
