Job Description
- Relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous viz. Electrician Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of management experience in electrical wholesale distribution or contracting environment.
- Solid technical knowledge of electrical products and industry regulations (SANS IEC OHS).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and profitability targets.
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to develop highperforming teams.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding abilities.
- Fluency in Afrikaans or English.
1. Leadership & Team Management:
- Recruit develop and coach branch staff: sales representatives warehouse personnel and admin support.
- Set clear objectives conduct performance reviews and foster a collaborative customerfocused culture.
- Develop and execute branch sales plans to achieve or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify new market opportunities in construction manufacturing and maintenance sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accountselectrical contractors engineers and facility managers.
- Oversee inventory planning and stock levels to minimize stockouts and excess.
- Coordinate with central procurement to ensure timely delivery of highdemand products.
- Implement efficient warehousing dispatch and logistics processes to optimize order fulfilment.
- Ensure all sales and service activities comply with industry standards safety regulations and company policies.
- Resolve escalated customer issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Conduct regular site visits to key customers to gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
